Page and Tiffany welcome clients who are committed to our recommendations for their journey of their hair care! We offer a variety of natural styles that will fit your lifestyle. So, if you’re in the Charlotte area or close proximity then schedule a consultation with us to start your hair journey. All services are available for new clients with the exception of hair color and extension services. Add "New Client Consultation" to your selected services. It’s highly recommended that you schedule a treatment, haircut reshape and style as a new client so that we can properly assess your hair, determine its health and start you in the right direction. Virtual consultations are offered by Page. Be prepared to talk about your current products, routine, and goals.

VIP    and     waitlist

How to get on Page’s VIP list?   You’ve been a client with Page for 5+ years (since 2019), or you’ve had at least 10 appointments within 12 months. You'll get an email letting you know that you're on the list. This is updated annually. What comes with being a VIP client?       24 hour priority scheduling and 10% off all retail products on request.  Just ask for your vip discount at checkout.

We invite you to schedule on the waitlist for Page if you don't see your desired appointment. The waitlist is available for each quarter, be sure to select “Waitlist” when scheduling.  Scheduling on this calendar does not confirm an appointment.  There's no limit to waitlist requested appointments.  You’ll get a text from 704.998.7192 when or if your request comes available and you have 24 hours to confirm before the appointment is offered to the next client request.  You will still receive an email confirmation and reminder until the requested date in case of last minute cancellations. Pay attention if the appointment email states "with waitlist" or "with Page Kryst." *Only if you have complete open availability for your waitlist request, then send your desired services in an email titled "Open Waitlist Request" to and you'll be contacted for the first available appointment.

schedule :

Our schedules are available quarterly. VIP clients have 24 hour priority booking when the schedule is released. Books open at the end of the quarter for the next quarter and remain open for the entire quarter. See below for the release dates. Salon services are available to children ten years old and up. We invite you to schedule a virtual session for children under ten and Page is happy to help! If it’s been one year or longer since you’ve had an appointment with Page, then add a "New Client Consultation" with your services. SCHEDULE RELEASE : QUARTER 2 (april, may, and june) : March 30th at 7am for VIP CLIENTS March 31st at 7am for ALL CLIENTS. Choose either with waitlist or Page Kryst or Tiffany Irons. ​Booking links are on the "home" page with each service provider. ​​A valid debit/credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Virtual sessions are charged at the start of your appointment. Your card is held on file for service visits for the purpose of the cancellation policy. Plan to pay at the end of your appointment. additional: Detox + Treatment is recommended every 3-6 weeks. Haircut Reshaping is recommended every 2-6 months depending on the health of your hair and desired style. Hair color services include a color toner/gloss, steam treatment, haircut reshape and style. Braid extension services include shampoo, detox + treatment, blow-dry, and braiding hair.

arrive :

Entrance is in the back, upstairs on the right side. Parking is available behind the two story building. Have all twists/braids taken out before arriving at the salon. If you'd like us to take them down for you, add braid removal/detangle to your service.

cancel :

All appointments (except waitlist) are subject to cancellation/reschedule policy.  Your card on file will be charged accordingly or you can send payment. *Appointments canceled/rescheduled in less than 24 hours of appointment start time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). *Appointments canceled/rescheduled same day will be charged 80% of the scheduled service(s). *In the event that your service provider reschedules, no charges will be made.  *Upon making a reservation, you agree to this cancellation/reschedule policy. *Pricing is subject to change
