A few things you should know when scheduling your appointment...
Consultations are offered virtually. If you're a new client seeking a service visit, then a "New Client Consultation" will be added to your services. If it's been one year or longer, then you're considered a new client. As a new client, it is also recommended that you schedule a treatment and a reshape to allow time for hair care services with your style. Services are available to children of any age at regular price.
A valid debit/credit card is required to reserve an appointment. For virtual appointments, your card will be charged the day of your appointment. For service appointments, your card will be charged based on reschedule or cancellation policy (see below*). Otherwise, the card is just held on file and plan to pay at the time your services have been rendered.
ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION POLICY.
*Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
*Same day or no show cancellations will be charged 75% of the scheduled service(s).
*In the event that your service provider reschedules, no charges will be made.
*Upon making a reservation, you agree to this reschedule/cancellation policy.
