A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW WHEN SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT...
Books open quarterly. VIP clients have one week priority booking when the schedule is released. Books open on the first Saturday at 7am of the last month of the quarter for the next quarter. The schedule for April through June opens on March 4th for VIP client and on March 11th for all clients. If you are not on the vip list and you book during vip booking, then your appointment will be cancelled and you'll be asked to rebook after vip booking. Thanks in advance for your understanding!
VIP Clients:
How to get on this list? You’ve been a client with Page for 5+ years, or you’ve had at least 10 appointments in a 12 month period.
What comes with being a VIP client? As a VIP client you get priority scheduling. Also, you’ll receive 5% off all retail products.
New Clients:
If you’re interested in a consultation only, please schedule a virtual session. If you’re interested in coming in for services, then a "New Client Consultation" will be added to your services. All services are available for new clients with the exception of hair color and extension services. It’s highly recommended that you schedule a treatment, haircut reshape and style so that Page can properly assess your hair and determine the health of your hair.
Additional Scheduling Info:
- If it’s been one year or longer since you’ve had an appointment with Page, then you'll need to schedule a "New Client Consultation" with your services.
- Services are available to children ten years and up at regular price. With the exception of current clients.
- A valid debit/credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Virtual sessions will be charge the day of your appointment. If you're coming in the salon, then your card is just held on file. Plan to pay at the end of your appointment.
All appointments are subject to cancellation / reschedule policy. Your card on file will be charged accordingly.
Please cancel or reschedule 3 days prior the start time of your appointment to avoid any fees.
*Appointments canceled / rescheduled in less than 48 hours of appointment start time will be charged 20% of the scheduled service(s).
*Appointments canceled / rescheduled in less than 24 hours of appointment start time will be charged 40% of the scheduled service(s).
*Appointments canceled / rescheduled same day will be charged 80% of the scheduled service(s).
*In the event that your service provider reschedules, no charges will be made.
